*Lead Planner, East London*
My client, a hugely successful Tier 1 Contractor with an enviable reputation within the industry, is looking for a Lead Planner to work on a flagship Mixed-use Residential project in East London. The successful candidate will work across all stages and be based on site full-time with a dynamic team. The next phase of this large scheme is due to commence with a remaining 4 years until completion.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Working as part of the production and on occasion the pre-construction team
• Communicating with the technical department and broader planning community
• Ensuring the company procedures are being implemented
• Contributing to the taking of output rates to ensure the company database is current and competitive
• Ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality and Environmental requirements
• Management of junior planners

Applicants may have worked across a variety of sectors and must have worked on residential schemes while managing less experienced planners. The ideal candidate will be confident managing multiple project programmes simultaneously and using specialist planning software including Asta and P6.
The role would ideally suit an existing Senior or Lead Planner for a Main Contractor or Developer with knowledge across a range of sectors, seeking the opportunity to work for a highly regarded and established organisation.
