We are currently recruiting for a Head of Customer Care to join our client, a 5* house builder, as part of their division based in Cambridgeshire.

This role would be well suited to someone who has done the role previously and is after a new challenge or a senior manager looking to take the next step in their career, somebody with an excellent track record in the industry.
The opportunity would see you reporting into the MD with Duties will including-

• Ensuring the smooth running of the department, monitoring and managing the performance of the team
• Highlighting and reporting on repeated issues/common defects
• Dealing with all warranty claims & resolutions
• Visiting all customers that require one-to-one meetings to review and resolve any issues
