My client is a privately owned high spec residential developer who are looking for an experienced FInishing Foreman on a high spec, new build scheme of flats and houses in North London.

Details of the role are as follows:

• The role requires someone who has worked on £1m+ very high spec units, for the likes of Berkeley Homes
• You will need to have some stability on your Cv, preferable in a permanent role
• You will ideally be from a trade backround
• The role starts immediately and will run until the Autumn
• Temp to perm is possible if that would be of interest
• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certs are required
• References and an interview will be required
• £25 an hour, 9 hour day, CIS available
