We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Operative to join our client, a highly reputable national housebuilder, covering the Oxfordshire patch.
You will be responsible for the day-day management of the remediation issues in Customers Homes. You will take ownership of all ongoing customer issues and ensure the correct resources are available to undertake work in Customers homes on the appointed date and that all issues are solved within one visit.
You will undertake planned and reactive remedial work with respect to all the trades ensuring the work is done in accordance with the NHBC standards.
You will provide excellent customer service, health & safety standards, teamwork and cost control.
