We are currently recruiting for a Customer Care Co-ordinator for a 6 month maternity cover to be based in Buckinghamshire.
Our client is a privately owned, high end developer that build in the Northern Home Counties.
The role would be acting as a first point of call for customers who have recently purchased properties or are within their waranty period. You will liaise with both sub-contractos and internal departments to ensure any issued are resolved in the appropriate manner.
Key characteristics this role requires
Exceptional customer service skills, someone who is able to empathise and assist customers with any issues efficiently.
A superb phone etiquette.
Top organisational skills, confidently carrying out diary management for the Customer Care Manager.
Clear communication and liaison with Contractors.
Suitable candidates must have worked for a housing developer in a similar role.
