We are pleased to be recruiting for a respectable 5* housebuilder who currently have a vacancy for a Contracts Manager to join the business and manage their projects in the Cambridgeshire area.

The business specialise in traditional build housing developments ranging from mid-size high-end projects to larger multi-phase housing schemes. This company have a fantastic reputation in the market for the quality of their homes and also have a great track record for staff retention and promotions.

The Contracts Manager will be responsible for 3 sites around the Cambridge area, sites will also cover Hertfordshire and Peterborough. They will be reporting directly into the Construction Director and will oversee all site management teams. The right candidate will have experience managing multiple projects concurrently and have proven experience leading large new build residential sites from pre-construction through to completion.
