*Contract Technical Manager, North West London*
One of the nation's most successful house builders is in search of a Technical Manager to join their thriving team in North West London on a contract basis. Renowned for providing the highest standard of design construction and superior build quality, they have won awards for their distinctive architectural style. This role will head up the technical team based on a regeneration scheme set to create nearly 1500 new homes, a public park and retail facilities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering Technical design and approvals, must be commercially aware, and be able to work to budget. Successful applicants will lead design team meetings as well as ensuring that queries are resolved in a timely manner.
The most suitable applicants will also effectively prioritise work to ensure that delays do not occur at any time during the project, must possess an ability to control, understand and manage external consultants and have experience delivery complex, mixed-used developments of RC frame.
This role would suit existing Technical Managers or Senior Technical Coordinators with major scheme experience wanting to work for a leading developer.
