We are currently recruiting for a reputable national housing developer who are in the market for an Assistant Site Manager for a site in Bedfordshire.

The role will be working alongside a Site Manager on a busy traditional build housing project, duties include

• Ensuring the project is completed within the build programme
• Manage all aspects of the construction process; this will include the quality, making sure all health & safety procedures are in place and being adhered to and providing excellent customer satisfaction
• Ensuring the project is delivered within budget whilst maintaining the developer's high-quality image

Suitable candidates must have worked on a high volume housing site in a management role.

Ideally you will have a trade background or an industry related qualification. A valid CSCS card, SMSTS and First Aid certificate is essential.
