Our client a reputable well established house builder is currently looking to appoint a Site Manager for a mixed use scheme based in West London. The company was established over thirty years ago and in recent years has broadened their portfolio from tradtional detached houses to urban regeneration schemes with a strong focus on the build quality.
Suitable candidates will have experience of working on high volume residential projects either with a house builder or main contractor. You must have knowledge and experience in both traditional and RC Frame construction and have worked on high rise developments up to 10 stories. A proven track record of project delivery, quality, Health and Safety and customer service is essential.
