Due to an increase in workload they are currently looking for an Estimating Manager to join their construction team to effectively and professionally carry out estimating duties including preparation of bids, as defined by the polices and procedures of the Company and the Estimating Department, in order to produce a cost effective, timely, and professional product to the satisfaction of the client and senior management team.
Suitable candidates will be educated to HNC (or equivalent) and likely to hold a further relevant professional qualification. Ideally you will have experience with working for a major building contractor and be able to demonstrate experience of managing bids between £15 - £250m in value along with single and two stage tendering.
