Our client a family owned construction services company was established over 40 years ago and is recognised as one of the leading major contractors and providers of affordable housing in the South East of England with and enviable track record in the community, education and healthcare sectors.
Due to an increase in work load they are currently looking to appoint a Contracts Manager who will be responsible for 4-5 projects within the M25.
You will be responsible for the successful completion of these projects, with success being measured on, profitability, achieving programme completion dates, quality & client satisfaction.
Suitable candidates will have experience of working in a similar role for a social housing contractor. It is essential that you have operated previously at this level on social housing new build projects.
