Our client a well known house builder who has been established for over 15 years builds well designed, high quality homes at attainable prices along with student accommodation of equal calibre. They build in London and the South East in both the private and public sectors.
Due to a demanding work load they are currently looking to appoint a Senior Site Manager for a site in West London. The project consists of 722 student accommodation over 18 floors which is being built on a tight, compact brownfield site.
Suitable candidates will have experience of working on high volume residential projects either with a house builder or main contractor. You must have knowledge and experience of concrete frame construction and have worked on high rise developments over 10 stories. A proven track record of project delivery, quality, Health and Safety and customer service is essential.
