Our client has been established for over ten years and is one of the leading social housing contractors in the UK whose primary focus is on the delivery of homes; new build, estate regeneration projects and refurbishment/decent homes schemes.
Due to an increase in work load they are currently looking to appoint a Contracts Manager who will be responsible for 4-5 projects in the East London / North East London area.
You will be responsible for the successful completion of these projects, with success being measured on, profitability, achieving programme completion dates, quality & customer satisfaction.
Suitable candidates will have experience of working in a similar role for a social housing contractor. It is essential that you have operated previously at this level for a minimum period of five years on social housing new build projects.
