Our client has been established for over ten years and is one of the leading social housing contractors in the UK whose primary focus is on the delivery of homes; new build, estate regeneration projects and refurbishment/decent homes schemes.
Due to an increase in work load they are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager for a project in East London consisting of 40 timber frame units.
You will be responsible for of ensuring the project is completed within the build programme along with managing all aspects of the construction process, including the quality, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to and providing excellent customer service.
Suitable candidates will be working for a social housing contractor with experience of managing a site from groundworks to handover.
