Our client, one of the country's leading independent house builders is currently looking to appoint a Site Manager for a project based in Berkshire. The company was established over thirty years ago and and now has three operational offices covering the South East, South West and the Midlands. The company target the full spectrum of the market, prices ranging from £100,000 to in excess of £4m with a strong focus on build quality and service.
Suitable candidates will have worked on residential projects in a similar role with experience of ensuring the project is completed within the build programme along with managing all aspects of the construction process, including the quality, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to and providing excellent customer service.
