Our client who have been established for over 25 years with an outstanding reputation focus on the construction of quality residential and commercial buildings for both the public and private sector. Due to an increase in work load they are currently looking to appoint a Site Manager for a project based in North London.
You will be responsible for liaising with the housing association ensuring the project is completed within the build programme along with managing all aspects of the construction process, including the quality, ensuring Health and Safety is adhered to and providing excellent customer service.
Suitable candidates will have a proven track record, with a stable work history and will have worked for a social housing contractor.
